Mit circa 10 kg getampt. Tamper selbst CNC gedreht.<\/p>\n So habe ich den Grano Gayo getrunken:<\/strong> Am liebsten als Flat White: Doppelter Espresso + Milchschaum. Gerne aber auch als Espresso. Mit Milch kommt der säurearme, dunkle, vollmundig, schokoladige Geschmack am besten zur Geltung. Genau mein Fall.<\/p>\n Urteil zu Geschmack und Crema:<\/strong> Die Crema ist dunkelbraun und leicht marmoriert. Sie ist schön fest und recht dick. Es ist kaum Säure zu erkennen. Er punktet bei mir durch seinen ausgeprägten Körper und nussig schokoladige Noten.<\/p>\n Mein Fazit: Toller Espresso genau nach meinem Geschmack. Italien für zuhause.
